In this role, you'll work directly with our adult clients to develop treatment plans, enhance their skills, and support their independence, enabling them to live as autonomously as possible in the community. You'll encourage self‐determination by helping clients recognize their own strengths and facilitate psychosocial development including social, intellectual, and behavioral skill building.
