Case Managers provide specialist, end to end case management with prisoners including initial assessment, identification of prisoner needs, case planning and preparing prisoners for release.
Using a range of services and techniques, they work with external agencies and the prisoners' Whānau to support prisoners as they rehabilitate.
With a natural style to work collaboratively, and top-notch relationship management skills, you will be someone who recognises the importance of the work Ara Poutama does.
