Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to join a contract assignment in Stamford, Connecticut. This onsite opportunity is well suited for an accounting specialist who can manage high-volume payment activity with precision and consistency while using NetSuite effectively. The role will support accurate cash posting, account research, and reconciliation efforts in a fast-moving environment that values structure, accountability, and strong execution.
Responsibilities:
• Record and apply daily customer payments in NetSuite with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Match cash receipts and credit memos to the appropriate accounts while maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Investigate unapplied payments, short payments, deductions, and other account variances to determine proper resolution.
