Job Purpose
The hiring of a Cashier Accountant is crucial for strengthening financial operations ensuring accuracy in cash handling and maintaining streamlined accounting processes. The role will support day-to-day financial transactions reconciliations and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Account Receivables
- Preparation of receipt & updating of all the customer related receipts whether it is cash cheque bank transfer or any other mode of payment in NetSuite & SO report.
- Updating payment in Matrix for work order purposes
- Depositing in CDM all the liquid cash received from customers inspection charges loan repayment deductions or any other cash received.
- Invoicing all the sales orders.
- Preparation of SOA of customers as per request.
