Ferrous Processing and Trading (FPT) is one of North America’s premier processors, buyers, sellers, and recyclers of scrap metals of all kinds and is a key supplier to North America's metals industry. FPT, a wholly owned business of Cleveland-Cliffs, has an immediate opportunity for a Cashier at the Inkster, MI, location. The Cashier is responsible for processing payments and completing the required paperwork for individuals.
Summary of Responsibilities:
+ The Cashier plays an important customer service role within the yard by providing timely, friendly, accurate, and safe services to our customers both face to face and telephone interactions.
+ The Cashier is responsible for processing payments and completing the required paperwork for our individual as well as commercial customers.
+ The Cashier will also perform basic office duties as needed.
