Introduction

The Cashier is responsible for managing and handling of cash, entering bills, purchase expenses and medicine return summary sheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage & handling of all types of cash
• Charging cash against bill
• Duty handover to other cashier
• Closing of cash as per summary sheet & system
• Ensuring originality of cash notes
• Responsible for any type of cash deficit
• Any other assigned by pharmacist

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum matric, preferably intermediate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the relevant field/retail pharmacy
