We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will handle cash transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain financial accuracy in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive payments via cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
- Issue receipts, refunds, and give change to customers
- Count cash in drawers at the start of shifts to ensure accuracy and sufficient change
- Stock shelves and keep checkout areas clean
- Answer customer inquiries and explain procedures or policies
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Track transactions and report discrepancies
- Bag items securely
