Job Description
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service
Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS system
Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments)
Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area
Ensure correct pricing and promotions are applied
Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and cash handling procedures
