Job Responsibilities
- Handle cashiering duties and daily sales transactions
- Support kitchen operations when required
- Assist with stock ordering and inventory management
- Train and guide new staff on daily operations and service standards
- Prepare daily closing reports and banking duties
- Ensure cleanliness and smooth outlet operations
- Provide good customer service and resolve customer enquiries
- Basic cashiering and customer service experience preferred
