- Supervise day-to-day cashiering operations and ensure all registers are staffed and functioning properly.
- Train, mentor, and monitor cashiers on customer service, POS systems, and company procedures.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions, returns, exchanges, and price overrides.
- Manage cash handling processes including register audits, safe drops, and till reconciliations.
Qualifications
- With Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in any field
- Previous cashiering experience required; supervisory experience a strong plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting/cash handling
