As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. Your calm, organised approach and pride in your work will help maintain quality, even during busy periods, supporting both the guest experience and the wider kitchen team.
You will work closely with colleagues, supporting junior team members through guidance and example, while helping to maintain a clean, safe and well‑structured kitchen environment where everyone can perform at their best.
