Maintenance Officer
The role: An exciting Casual opportunity has arisen for 2 candidates experienced in general maintenance repairs & gardening, to join the team the Maintenance team at ACH Group’s Residential Care Homes in both our Northern and Southern regions.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the safety of staff, customers and visitors through the performance of maintenance tasks
- Perform various preventative and unplanned maintenance & gardening tasks
- Ensure work undertaken is compliant and to the relevant standard
- Paint preparation and painting
- Maintain up to date documentation
- Pruning, mulching, mowing of lawns and edging
- Blowing and cleaning areas
- Weed control - spraying and manual weeding
- Provide outstanding customer service to all ACH Group customers
- Participate on the on-call roster
