Job Duties:
Scheduled to work M-F, 7.5 or 4 hour shifts Clerical position will rotate through CT and DI departments Managing a workload effectively in a fast-paced environment Facilitate the triaging of DI requisitions, liaise with referring services to gather additional or missing clinical information, verify patient information to ensure accuracy Perform a variety of complex bookings, clerical and receptionist duties, such as receiving and processing outpatient requisitions for procedures from physicians’ offices, entering patient information into the Radiology Information System, (RIS), checking in patients for scheduled appointments Greet and coordinate the daily flow of patients including IP/OP/ED and AMB care Book follow-up appointments accurately and professionally in all modalities Exercising sound professional judgment, using best practice guidelines Contribute to a safe, inclusive...
