What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the leisure centre teams to deliver swimming lessons to Active Leicester customers, creating a safe and welcoming environment. You will teach a programme of instructed sessions, record weekly attendance and progression for each swimmer and comply with all training, safeguarding, health & safety and operational requirements. You will use your expertise to provide feedback and direction to service users, promoting a quality experience for all.
What You’ll Need
- Appropriate Swimming Teaching qualification – STA award/certificate or Swim England Level 1/Level 2 qualification.
