Position: Category Manager - Animal Nutrition
The Role
As the Manager - Animal Nutrition Business, he/she will be responsible for:
Creating a strategic plan to ensure revenue and margin achievement of the Animal Nutrition subcategory, covering Cattle Feed, Mineral Mixtures, Bypass Protein supplements, and allied livestock nutrition products Working closely with the Online and Offline Sales Teams, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to formulate product sales strategies, define product requirements, and ensure timely availability across geographies Helping sales and marketing teams position Animal Nutrition products across livestock segments and regions according to supplier propositions and farmer income profiles Monitoring and tracking product movement and category contribution, and developing strategies to liquidate slow movers and distress inventory in coordination with regional sales teams Leading pre-launch and post-launch planning activities for new p...
