Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Category Manager role based in New Delhi. The Category Manager will oversee assigned product or service categories, develop category strategies, and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle to drive cost efficiency and value. Responsibilities include analyzing spend and market trends, identifying sourcing opportunities, and building business cases to support category decisions. The role involves leading contract negotiations, managing vendor relationships, and partnering with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations, and sales to align category plans with business goals. The Category Manager will also monitor supplier performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to support data-driven decision-making.
