About The Role
Are you a strategic supply chain leader ready to drive transformation across a global network? Nestrade S.A., a Nestlé entity, is seeking a Category Manager to lead our category planning team from our Malaysia Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand and supply planning across the category, ensuring product availability and cost efficiency
- Drive improvements in Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA) and forecast alignment
- Manage allocation and contingency sourcing strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Develop talent and build a robust succession pipeline
- Support new business models and channel strategies
