Job Description

TheCategoryManager(Shoes)supportsanddrivesthecommercialgrowthoftheShoescategoryacrossRetailOwnedandMarketplace.Thisroleownsday-to daytradingandexecution,contributestocategorystrategy,manageskeybrand/sellerrelationships,
andleadsasmallteamtodeliverstrongperformanceacrosssales/GMV,margin,availability,andcustomerexperience.
Responsibilities :
1)CategoryTrading&PerformanceManagement

  • DriveweeklyanddailytradingactionstodelivercategorytargetsacrossGMV/Revenue,margin,conversion,andsell-through.
  • Monitorperformanceanddiagnosegapsusingonsiteandcommercialdata(e.g.,topSKUs,traffictrends,pricecompetitiveness,campaignresults).
  • ProduceregularperformanceupdatesandrecommendationsfortheCategoryManager/HeadofCategory.
2)Assortment&RangeExecution
  • Supportseasonalandmonthlyassortmentplanning:corevstrend,newnessflow,andkeypricepoints.
