Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Moody. Guaranteed 20 hours, but may work up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to manage all food and beverage operations of the Moody Field Club. Using culinary skills, performs as a working chef in the day-to-day operations, to include food and beverage management, operations of the kitchen and all aspects of meal preparations, supervising employees, quality control, quantity and timeliness of service rendered to patrons. Establishes procedures, lead time on orders and portion controls, makes adjustments as necessary to increase efficiency. Ensures and instructs employees on proper cooking techniques for preparing a variety of food items in the art of fine culinary cuisine. Checks food during and after preparation for the conformance with high standards of quality, cooking size and portions and garnishing of food.
