Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a well-established Trust to appoint a Catering & Learning Support Assistant within an Alternative Provision setting in Burton on Trent (DE11). This is a unique and varied role combining catering responsibilities with a Learning Support Assistant position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands‑on environment and supporting young people with additional needs. As a Catering & Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in both the smooth running of catering provision and supporting pupils in the classroom. The provision supports pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, providing a structured and nurturing setting to help them re‑engage with education.
