We are looking for an individual who is confident engaging with Senior Government Officials while also being hands-on and comfortable working in the kitchen when required.
This role requires both front-of-house and back-of-house experience, with responsibility for the strategic planning, growth and profitability of the catering operation.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and control all aspects of the catering operation, including strategic planning for business growth and profitability. Manage, direct and support catering staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all services.
