Pantry II (Despensa)
Description:
Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items
stocked. Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
Follow Recipe Book and Guidelines, and have all necessary supplies to
provide consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness, safety and
sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and those of
the Department of Health.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years’ Culinary experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound
judgment and great attention to detail. Ability to communicate
effectively with Team Members and Management. Must manage time
effectively with minimum supervision. Working the pantry station, and
the ability to keep up with flow of tickets.
