Catering Supervisor

Under limited direction and in line with the Food Hygiene Regulations, co-ordinate and supervise the provision of a cost-effective, high-quality service, providing safe food, supporting the achievements of the associated Trust and Departmental objectives.
Specifically responsible for monitoring all areas of the catering department to ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained in order to support the delivery of high-quality patient, visitor and staff. The post holder will provide departmental leadership and will motivate the team in order to promote teamwork across all areas/shift patterns associated within the Catering Services Department, ensuring an efficient and supportive service to all end users.
