Cardiac Catheterization Technologist – Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiology
Shift: 5x8 Days — 06:45–15:15, Monday–Friday Occasional late days: ~4–5/month (rarely past 17:00) Call: one day per week + every fifth weekend
Minimum 2 years relevant experience Required: ACLS, BLS Preferred experience: TAVR/TAVI, Impella insertion, rotablator atherectomy, PFO/ASD closures, complex vascular interventions, angioplasty/upper-lower extremity angiography
Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including PCI and stent placement. Monitor hemodynamics and manage IABP during procedures. Administer procedural sedation and monitor recovery. Conduct sheath removal and post-procedure care, adhering to infection control protocols. Recognize arrhythmias and perform 12-lead ECG interpretation.
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). COVID-19 vaccine not required. Scrubs provided.
