Job Description
**Position Summary:**
The **CBO Specialist Lead (Payment Posting Team Lead)** is responsible for overseeing internal payment posting teams and external vendor partners to ensure the accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments. This role serves as the subject matter expert for payment posting processes, including EOB interpretation, payment application, contractual adjustments, and denial identification. The Team Lead monitors team performance, supports operational excellence, and drives process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall revenue cycle performance.
