Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7–10 years in facilities maintenance management
- LEED or Skilled Trade qualifications preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations
- Must be able to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
