Customer Service Representative (Recent Graduate)

Michelin is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support order and financial processes, ensuring excellent customer experience and internal compliance.

Mission

Guarantee correct implementation of processes assigned, supporting the team’s activities.

Responsibilities
  • Order entry: assist customers with daily orders, follow up with carriers and warehouses, and mediate with sales and logistics.
  • Communicate with AR specialists to resolve invoice errors and support the D2C financial process.
  • Alert customers about service commitments, delays or failures and seek solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
  • Process OSDs and corrections following Michelin policies and rules.
  • Verify disputes (pricing, discount, tax) and resolve claims using the Oracle Trade Management tool.
