Customer Service Representative (Recent Graduate)
Michelin is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support order and financial processes, ensuring excellent customer experience and internal compliance.
MissionGuarantee correct implementation of processes assigned, supporting the team’s activities.
Responsibilities- Order entry: assist customers with daily orders, follow up with carriers and warehouses, and mediate with sales and logistics.
- Communicate with AR specialists to resolve invoice errors and support the D2C financial process.
- Alert customers about service commitments, delays or failures and seek solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
- Process OSDs and corrections following Michelin policies and rules.
- Verify disputes (pricing, discount, tax) and resolve claims using the Oracle Trade Management tool.
