CCA / TCS Integration Consultant

Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a CCA / TCS Integration Consultant for their Remote location. Responsibilities: CCA & TCS Platform Support:

+ Provide end to end support for CCA and TCS platforms, including UI, batch jobs, workflows, UM/CM modules, and integrations

+ Support production, non production, and lower environments with strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities

+ Participate in on call and incident management rotations as required

Upgrades, Patching & Hotfixes:

+ Lead and support CCA & TCS version upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments

+ Perform impact analysis, validation, and regression testing support post upgrade

+ Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and risk

Business Enhancements & Customizations:

+ Design and implement business enhancements, custom code, extensions, and remediation activities
