What The Role Is
You will be interning with the Communications & Customer Engagement (CCE) Department.
Collaborate with TL and CX team to scope out dashboard requirements and identify key performance metrics that drive coaching decisions. Study data schemas across diverse data sources to develop core datasets that power the performance dashboard. Process and transform data from multiple sources using Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) concepts to ensure data quality and consistency, integrating data from different sources. Establish database structures to store historical data and support trend analysis overtime. Build dashboard using Tableau with CSV upload function to develop and automate trend analysis and visualisations to enable internal key stakeholders to self-service and track performance metrics. Participate in user acceptance testing and conduct briefings/training sessions for TL and CX team on dashboard usage. Assist in the operationalisation and roll-out of the dashboard,...
