This role exists to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development initiatives across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and workshops
+ Support the development of training materials and presentations
+ Track participation and completion of capability programmes
+ Help analyse training results and feedback to identify improvement areas
+ Maintain training records and update tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint)
+ Support communication with stakeholders regarding training schedules and updates
