Responsibilities MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Ensures the implementation of a developmentally appropriate CYP that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of children and youth. Provides program oversight and accountability for the performance of employees and the safety of children in accordance with Federal, DoW, Service, and local policies and standards.
