Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health information management, or a related field.
Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or similar certification preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical documentation improvement or medical coding.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding, DRG assignment, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze medical records and identify documentation gaps.
Experience in training and educating healthcare providers on documentation practices.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
