- Run dedicated lanes between CA, CO, ID, and OH
- Complete dedicated routes with one scheduled stop per load
- Maintain proper temperature control for reefer freight
- Adhere to assigned dispatch schedules (typically 10-15 days out)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status
- Monitor equipment condition and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Operate 2021+ Freightliner automatic sleeper trucks
- Take-home truck available (depending on location/driver in CA)
- Haul refrigerated (reefer) freight - outbound produce
