Job Summary:
looking for skilled and passionate CDPs for both Hot Kitchen and Pantry sections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their station, ensuring food quality, and maintaining hygiene standards while supporting junior team members.

1) CDP – Hot Kitchen
- Manage the kitchen station/department efficiently
- Handle food preparation and cooking operations
- Guide junior/commis staff in absence of seniors
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Manage stock control, inventory, and basic costing/pricing
