The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day-to-day operational administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team.
Responsibilities
- Support daily requests and maintain internal guides up to date.
- Assist stakeholders by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM system and defining associate processes.
- Perform LEI applications and renewals.
- Manage form‑related internal master‑data.
- Create and adapt internal work instructions concerning the handling of all Swiss Julius Baer forms in cooperation with relevant specialist departments (Legal & Compliance or the Tax Department).
