Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist manages projects relating to assigned human resources functions. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating records related to associate information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, performance reviews, evaluations, termination dates, and reasons for termination. The HR Specialist also provides information to associates regarding policies, addresses a variety of issues, and provides general support for the business units and leadership teams.
