Job Description
We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented IT Intern to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Cegid ERP system. This role is ideal for someone interested in enterprise systems, application support, and business technology solutions, providing hands-on exposure to real-world IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Cegid system users, including troubleshooting functional and technical issues
- Assist in system configuration, user account setup, and access management
- Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing, system upgrades)
- Monitor system performance and report bugs or anomalies
- Help maintain and update technical documentation and user guides
