Job Description Manages a team of 30+ Application Scientists across APAC, including Southeast Asia, India, Korea, and Japan, supporting the CASA (Cell Analysis Sales & Application) and DGG (Diagnostics & Genomics Group) portfolios. This role is accountable for resolving the current disconnect between LSS and CASA/DGG application teams and eliminating regional silos across APAC to enable stronger end-to-end solution positioning, tighter alignment with sales organizations, and accelerated CASA/DGG business growth. Leads and optimizes a geographically dispersed team of application scientists, breaking down regional and portfolio silos to build strong cross-country and cross-portfolio collaboration. Drives effective business development during the pre-sales process through the provision of deep technical and workflow expertise, positioning Agilent solutions as an integrated end-to-end portfolio rather than standalone offerings.
