As a Cell Supervisor, you will lead the production team to achieve operational targets while ensuring customer requirements are met. You will oversee daily production activities, optimize efficiency, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production cell.
Our Team
You will be part of the Integrated Products Division in the Philippines, working closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Test Engineering (TE), Quality Assurance (QA), Product Design Engineering (PDE), Production Planning and Inventory Control (PIC), and Continuous Improvement Team (CIT). You will also collaborate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow.
