Role Overview
Temporary Cellular Immunologist position within Almirall R&D’s Molecular and Cell Biology (MCB) team focused on advancing drug discovery in medical dermatology by developing physiologically relevant in vitro and ex vivo immunological models and assays. The role involves designing and implementing functional assay strategies to characterize biologics—especially cell‑depleting antibody modalities—and supporting target validation and mechanism‑of‑action studies in immune‑mediated skin diseases. The position is to replace a team member on parental leave.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and assess new therapeutic targets in in vitro and ex vivo models of dermatological indications with high unmet medical need.
