Coventry and Warwickshire Pathology Service (CWPS) has an exciting opportunity for a Network Cellular Pathology Manager to join our management team. The role involves ownership of designated budgets, monitoring financial targets, and delivering cost improvement plans.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of, monitor and control designated budgets, and identify and deliver cost improvement plans to achieve defined financial targets.
- Maintain an open, proactive and collaborative culture within Pathology, supported by effective two-way communication systems that promote achievements and activities of the relevant specialities while maintaining clinical standards.
- Lead the propagation and maintenance of all laboratory aspects of ISO standards, HSE requirements and other statutory regulations, ensuring delivery of services in line with these principles.
