Job Description
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Cement Mason II that will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures, using appropriate tools (., hand or power tools, floats, trowels, screeds).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Spread concrete to specified depth and workable consistencyLevel, smooth, and shape surfaces of freshly poured concreteFinish concrete surfaces using power trowel, or wet and rub concrete with abrasive stone to create finishRemove rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces using power grinder or chisel and hammerPatch holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compoundMold expansion joints and edgesClean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessaryEffectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsAll other duties as assigned...
