Revenue Sharing Model
The Center Director shall be responsible for the complete operational management, business development, counselling supervision, student enrollment growth, team handling, and local market expansion of the branch operating under the COFO (Company Owned Franchise Operated) model of Indo European Study Abroad Consultants.
The role requires strong leadership, admissions management capability, student counselling oversight, local marketing execution, and revenue generation responsibility while maintaining the Company’s operational standards and compliance framework.
Profit Sharing Structure- The Center Director shall operate as a Joint Venture Partner under a revenue-sharing model whereby the net operational profit of the branch shall be shared in the ratio of 50:50 between the Company and the Center Director.
