Job Description
Job Objective :
The Center Manager (CM) acts as the general manager for a GEPD plasma Donation Center (DC), responsible for managing and optimizing the whole operations related to the DC including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, personnel, systems, supplies, equipment and other infrastructurefacility-related controls. CM has the overall accountability for the daily operations, staff-related activities, quality control, compliance with all applicable policies & regulations, optimize operational efficiency and establishes a work environment that foster operational excellence.
