Job Summary:
Responsible for the management of operations of therapy centers and treatment of a full patient case load. Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Responsible for center financial performance. Responsible for compliance with company set regulatory standards. Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources.
Essential Functions-Management:
·Create an environment that is consistent with the company’s mission and vision by creating positive morale to maximize team member job satisfaction and optimize retention.
·Manage all employee relations issues and ensure compliance with Human Resource Policy and Procedures; seek assistance from Human Resources when needed.
·Assist in developing fiscal budgets for the center.
