**Lead operations for a high-volume service center supporting commercial fleets, trucking companies, and local businesses.**
**This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a:**
+ Tire Shop Manager
+ Automotive Service Manager
+ Fleet Service Manager
+ Operations Manager (automotive or industrial)
**Starting Pay: $75,000–$100,000 base + quarterly bonus structure**
You'll take ownership of:
+ P&L management and profitability
+ Inventory control and cost management
+ Sales growth and customer retention
+ Team leadership in a fast-paced service environment
