Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Centerless Grinder Training Program - 1st shift to join our team in Rumford, RI!
The hourly rate for this position is $25.26 per hour.

**The Rumford, RI facility is a unionized location. There is a 60 day probationary period, after which you will be considered a union member and begin paying union dues.**

Training program participants will train to operate the Centerless Grinder over the course of 6 months. The starting rate is $25.26, increasing to $30.79 upon successful completion of the training program.
Initial training for this position will be conducted on 1st shift, 7am-3pm.
