Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of food products (e.g. curry puff production, rice dumpling wrapping)
- Support packing of cooked food items according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Follow food safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Comfortable working in a food production / central kitchen setting
- Responsible, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good teamwork and communication skills
