Duties
Inventory Management
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages. Monitor stock movements, authorize reorders, and conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
Logistics & Warehousing
Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials. Ensure the central stores area is organized effectively to support efficient workflow, material handling, and dispatch operations.
Team Leadership
Manage, train, and mentor warehouse personnel and storekeepers. Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and oversee daily shift scheduling.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, security policies, and company operating procedures within the warehouse environment.
