As our Trailblazing Team Captain (aka. Service Manger), you’ll be the guiding star of our early learning community—leading with passion, purpose, and a sprinkle of fun! You’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations of the Service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with company policies, sector standards and compliance requirements.
This is no ordinary leadership role—you’ll be the coach, cheerleader, and go-to problem solver for a team of dedicated educators who are passionate about shaping young minds. From mentoring and motivating staff, to building beautiful partnerships with families and the wider community, you’ll create an environment where children, educators and families all feel like they belong.
